CDS Property is a top-rated luxury real estate agency based in Marbella, with three offices across the Costa del Sol in Marbella, Calahonda and Mijas. Their team of certified advisors and in-house lawyers specialises in connecting international buyers with exclusive villas, beachfront apartments and new developments across southern Spain.

The agency operates in five languages (English, Spanish, German, Norwegian and Swedish) and represents Costa del Sol Property at leading property exhibitions in the UK, Ireland and Scandinavia. The website needed to reflect this international reach while remaining deeply rooted in local market expertise, generating qualified leads and converting visitors into consultation bookings across every language and market.

The challenge.

Luxury property buyers on the Costa del Sol arrive from across Europe (Norway, Sweden, the UK, Germany and beyond), each with different expectations, languages and search behaviours. The site needed to convert a Scandinavian retiree searching “luxury villa Marbella” and a German investor searching “Neubau Costa del Sol” with equal effectiveness, while maintaining the premium positioning that a luxury real estate brand demands.

The solution.

We built a fully multilingual site in five languages, with dedicated property search, listing pages for luxury villas, apartments and new developments, and individual pages for exclusive off-plan projects. A video hero establishes the atmosphere of the Costa del Sol immediately. SEO-optimised content in each language targets the specific search terms buyers use in their home markets, turning international traffic into qualified local leads.
