Claudia Wünsch has spent years working closely with executives, founders and self-employed professionals across Germany, managing their calendars, communications and day-to-day operations so they can focus on what matters. With no website, she relied entirely on referrals: a testament to her quality, but a ceiling on her reach.

The goal was to build a website that communicated what working with her actually feels like: reliable, discreet, precise. A founder or executive should land on the page and feel, within the first sixty seconds, that this is someone they can trust with their inbox and their time.

The project went beyond a simple website. It included in-person sessions to define her positioning and visual identity, photography direction and editing, and copywriting in both German and English: a full digital brand build from the ground up.

The challenge.

How do you convey trust, warmth and professionalism in a German market that values discretion over self-promotion? Claudia’s clients are founders and senior executives who delegate their inbox and calendar, among the most sensitive responsibilities a business owner can hand off. The site needed to make a stranger feel confident extending that trust within the first sixty seconds.

The solution.

We built a single-page site structured as a trust narrative: who she is, what she offers, how she works, why her, then contact. Each section adds a little more confidence before the next. A navy-and-cream palette and an elegant serif for her name communicate calm authority instead of hard selling. A clear, direct contact form was placed front and center, the clearest next step for anyone ready to reach out.

On the dark hero, a nav with a background would break the visual immersion. The smooth scroll transition maintains elegance without sacrificing user orientation as the visitor moves through the page.

Sections alternate between light and dark backgrounds to create visual rhythm without the one-pager feeling monotonous. The navy services section reinforces seriousness where credibility matters most.
